The National Weather Service issued flood warnings for three rovers in Northeast Ohio and urged people to be cautious around the churning waters. The Black River in Carlisle Township and Elyria, the Grand River in Painesville and the Killbuck Creek in Holmes County have exceeded flood levels because of melting snow.
